Warranty service
- Furniture complies with the requirements of “Polymer and polymeric materials, products in building constructions and furniture manufacture. Hygienic requirements” of State sanitary rules and regulations approved by Ministry of Health order № 1139 dated 12.29.2012, “Textile, leather and fur materials and products. Main hygienic requirements” of State sanitary rules and regulations approved by Ministry of Health order № 1138 dated 12.29.2012.
- Warranty service is conducted in compliance with the requirements and in terms determined by the articles 8 and 9 of Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine.
- The buyer is entitled to inspection of the product in person or through the representative in accordance with articles 12 and 14 of Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine.
Warranty service implies fixing/replacing broken parts of the product at the expense of the manufacturer.
Warranty is valid 1 year from the date of purchase of the product; under current law, warranty does not apply for mirrors or glass!
Warranty applies for all the furniture bought by the customer under conditions of correct exploitation and compliance with warranty conditions, which are stated below in the «Exploitation and maintenance instructions» chapter.
When furniture is delivered to the recipient, glass and mirrors must be checked for any defects. In case of packaging violation, quantity and completeness must be checked.
Furniture assembling can be accomplished by the consumer himself. All of our furniture is being sold with simple assembling instructions.
Worth noticing, that in case of imperfections and defects showing up on parts, assembling process should be stopped because we do not replace parts with assembly marks on them. Keep the factory packaging until assembling is finished, because replacement of the flawed parts is done with factory packaging only.
Warranty is annulled if the part that needs to be replaced had been installed or there are obvious signs of that part being used (tightened screws or drilled holes etc.). In case of any flaws being found contact our bulk sales department. Keep the following documentation until the end.
Reclamation
- A reclamation should be done in case of mechanical damage or damage of production nature being discovered during unpacking. In such case, you need to photograph the packaging with the label, the defective part without signs of installation and send us an e-mail (our address is opt1@maxi-mebel.com.ua) the label must bear the manufacturer’s marking and order number. Only in this case, defective parts will be replaced by the manufacturer for free.
- Complaints are accepted only if the product itself or individual elements are present and in the factory packaging. In case of non-compliance with the requirements stated above, complaint claims will not be accepted, and the warranty will be annulled.
The term for consideration of a complaint is 1-2 business days. The terms of the complaint will be clarified by the manager on the phone.
Attention!!!
- Images, showed on the website are provided by the official manufacturer
- Shades can differ from the real ones, which is not a justified reason for returning the product.
- The factory has the right to make changes in the configuration, design and colour shades of products that do not affect their main functions and purposes.
- Furniture, which has flaws and imperfections, which are direct consequences of self-reliant installation, cannot be returned or replaced!
- Do not throw away furniture packaging until you are sure that the furniture has been delivered fully loaded, and all the accessories are in stock!
- All claims regarding the integrity of glasses and mirrors are accepted only at the time of receipt of the goods!
Above-mentioned terms are compiled in compliance with Ukrainian legislation in force and do not infringe upon legal rights of a consumer.
