Exploitation and maintenance instructions

  1. Furniture is designed for exploitation in dry buildings, defended from damaging atmospheric influence (direct sunlight, humidity etc.), warmth sources. Furniture must be used according to its functional purpose. It is recommended to use furniture in dry, clean, well-ventilated spaces with temperature not going under +2°C and humidity not going more than 45-70%. While containing, furniture should be dislocated 15-20cm away from walls, 0,5 – 1 m from heating, more than 0,5 from sources of electrical lightning and with passages between products more than 1 m.
  2. Do not place furniture on hot objects without thermo-resistant cover.
  3. All surfaces should be safe from solid objects hitting them to prevent cracks and scratches from happening.
  4. It is not recommended to place sharp, heave objects on the furniture, or expose it to shock
  5. The surfaces of furniture parts should be protected from moisture, alkalis, acids, solvents to avoid swelling of frames.
  6. During exploitation, weakening of the fasteners and tension of the upholstery is possible. Tighten if necessary.
  7. Preventive care should be carried out at least once a week. Dust from fabric surfaces should be removed with a vacuum cleaner with a special nozzle that does not damage the surface, and elements made of chipboard or wood should be cleaned with a soft dry cloth (plywood, plush).
  8. For furniture cleaning, use only special furniture care products (use only certified furniture cleaners). In addition to cleansing properties, they should have polishing, protective and other beneficial properties. In this case, the instructions of the manufacturers of such products should be observed according to the method of their application and in the field of use (for surfaces and materials specified in the instructions).
  9. Avoid exposure to aggressive substances (acids, alkalis, oils, acetone, etc.) and their fumes. Contact of furniture with similar chemically active substances entails negative consequences for both the furniture and your health.
  10. Surfaces should be dry-cleaned at least once every half a year. It should be carried out by dry-cleaning soft furniture specialists.
  11. When operating furniture, try to evenly distribute the load on the supporting areas. Do not use excessive force to decompose products.
  12. Furniture being installed on horizontal surfaces is obligatory.
  13. Furniture should only be transported while unassembled.
  14. You need to move the furniture (in assembled form) behind the vertical rigidly fixed elements (racks, sidewalls) having previously freed them from objects.
