Our shipments are mostly made from our main storage in the city of Bila Tserkva by picking up by yourself or making hired delivery companies do it for you. Time and date of a pick-up are agreed upon with the counterparty by our managers by the time the order is ready.

Upon receipt of the goods, be sure to check: the packaging of the goods for integrity, the availability of a complete set (note that one product can be packaged in more than one package), the presence of accessories, the appearance of the goods for compliance with the issued order. In case of damage to the packaging, check the furniture for the absence of glass breaks, mirrors for chips, cracks, scratches, etc., facades for defects.
